Beijing International Music Festival & Academy
OVERVIEW Established in 2004, the Beijing International Music Festival & Academy (BIMFA) is the first and only annual international summer music festival of its kind in mainland China. Open to Pianists, String Players, Guitarists, and Selected Woodwind Instrumentalists of all nationalities, BIMFA brings together established performing artists, pedagogues and serious music students from around the world in a unique collaboration to promote high-level teaching, performance and cultural harmony through music. In addition, the all-inclusive and extensive BIMFA cultural and excursions offer international participants multiple opportunities for exploration and discovery in the ancient capital of Beijing.
VENUE The 22nd annual BIMFA will take place August 8 to 19, 2026 (*arrival 8/7 and departure 8/20, including the 3-day cultural excursions) in the capital Beijing, China.
